RETURN POLICY

Returns and Exchanges

Pete&Pen Design and Illustration gladly accepts returns and exchanges of non-sale items within 14 days of the delivery of your item(s) for a full refund. 

 

Before you send anything back, please contact us at alex@peteandpen.com if you have any problems with your order so we can work out the best solution (for example, sometimes it's not necessary to send an item back).

 

If we settle on an exchange as the best option for both parties, hand-printed items vary in consistency and application, thus the item for exchange will differ from the original item or listing. Please take this into consideration for exchanges for hand-printed goods. 

 

If we do agree you should send an item back in order to receive a refund or exchange, you are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, you are responsible for any loss in value.

 

Clearance items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Clearanced items are final sale and cannot be refunded. 

 

Items on sale do not clearance products, but are considered regularly priced. If a sale discount was applied, only the amount paid for the product will be refunded upon the returns arrival.

 

Shipping

Before shipping anything back, please contact us at alex@peteandpen.com and wait for a response so we can work out the best solution. If we agree you'll need to return the item, you should mail your product to: 250 12th St, Idaho Falls, ID 83404

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
